Alex Gumucio is the Property Manager I have been working with the last few years. It is always a great pleasure working with him. His professionalism, friendliness and promptness in responding to any issues or concern is very much appreciated. He always stays on top of all matters and will schedule meeting if necessary to provide updates. I have two new tenants within three years and Alex and his team has been working very diligently helping me to secure new tenant in a very timely manner. Also keeping the whole move in and move out processes smooth and trouble free. I would highly recommend Alex and his team to any potential property owner for their professional services. A job very well done. Thank you.
Dan is our sales contact and he is so professional and friendly and he did an excellent job in walking us through the whole contract process. Once our contract was set up, I am also very impressed with the professionalism of the team. Sahar, our main sales person contacted us immediately to introduce herself and within days we got our market analysis report and we are now all set to recruit our tenant.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I would like to sincerely thank **Nathalie Hallal** and **Paul Cho**, Assistant Property Managers, for their outstanding professionalism and exceptional service.
It was truly a pleasure working with both of them. Nathalie and Paul went above and beyond throughout the entire process, even working after hours to ensure everything was completed on time. We only had one day left before our deadline, and they made an enormous effort to help us secure the right place and move in without any delays.
Their honesty, dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care for their clients made a stressful situation much easier. It's rare to find professionals who are so committed to providing excellent customer service.
I highly recommend Nathalie and Paul to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. If you're looking for honest, trustworthy, and professional people who truly care about helping their clients, you won't be disappointed.
Thank you again for all your hard work and support. We truly appreciate everything you did for us, and we will definitely contact you again when we're ready to purchase our future home.
Best Regards,
