For 20 years we have done one thing: run rental properties for the people who own them, so their investment is protected and their time is their own.
PMP was founded by Jason McGuire, a former realtor and a property investor himself. We started inside a property management franchise, but we had a different vision of what being a landlord could be, one that didn’t fit the traditional box. Going independent let us build the experience we believe owners deserve: investing in rental property that feels like building wealth, not managing problems.
